Something-

Just saw the new Ender’s Game preview!  I’ve been (and still technically am) opposed to the changes they’ve made, but my sole hope was that they would maintain the feel of the characters as well as the story itself.  Upon viewing the trailer, I have to say that it looks awesome!

Asa Butterfield seems to be doing a fantastic job; enough so that I could even tell which scenes were which merely by the emotion in his eyes, so I’d say that’s a big plus.

I am quite excited, I must say. I was already going to be there opening night, but after seeing the trailer I’m doubly in.  Excited. Excited!

So this morning, I opened this birthday card thinking ooh dayum, look at dat hiddles, mother you have good taste in cards…

I opened the card, however, and lost all ability to talk.

It wasn’t from my Mum.

Turns out my mum wrote to him with this blank card and he wrote it for me!

I am so overwhelmed and grateful and oh my crumpets I cannot even…
